Sutter Opens Elk Grove Urgent Care Clinic
New clinic will treat patients 365 days of the year

Sutter Health opened a new urgent care clinic in Elk Grove, where patients without an appointment can be treated for minor injuries and illnesses every day of the year – even major holidays.
Sutter Urgent Care opened its doors Wednesday at 8170 Laguna Blvd., Suite 113.
“Qualified, friendly physicians and other medical professionals are ready to deliver immediate care to patients who need it, but who do not have a condition serious enough for the emergency department,” Sutter Urgent Care lead physician Michael Sotak said in a press release.

Illnesses that can be treated at the urgent care clinic include cold, cough, flu, sinus infection, sore throat, earache, headache, pneumonia and bronchitis, urinary tract infections, rashes and poison oak.
The new clinic will also treat injuries such as minor fractions and dislocations, sprains, cuts and lacerations, burns and minor eye problems.

Patients can visit the clinic without an appointment and do not need to have a Sutter Health physician to receive care.
Most insurance plans are accepted.
The Elk Grove Sutter Urgent Care is open Monday through Friday 1 to 8:30 p.m., weekends and holidays 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
