The Encinitas Chamber of Commerce will hold the 19th Annual Encinitas Oktoberfest on Sun., Sept. 21 from 10am-6pm. The six-block marketplace on Mountain Vista Dr. at El Camino Real will feature Bavarian dancers and bands, 200+ vendors, including artisans with unusual arts and crafts items, a family food tent serving authentic German food and beverages, and a ceremonial parade.
