Registration Information:
1. All items offered for sale must be made and sold by the exhibitor. Hand made, baked, grown or embellished. Nothing for “resale” allowed. Exhibitors will be asked to leave if their merchandise looks manufactured.
2. Booth rentals are about 10’ x 10’ outside and 3’ x 6’ very limited spaces inside. Fees for Town Council Members are $25. For non-members it is $45. Booths may be shared. However, for member rates, both sellers must be OTC members for the lower fee. There is an additional 10% fee for your total sales over the first $100.00 the day of the event.
3. Each seller is responsible for collecting money for your sales and sales tax if you are a business. You need to turn in your 10% fee at the end of the day.
4. Each exhibitor is responsible for clean-up of their area. Break down is exactly at 3:00 pm. No take downs until 3:00 pm.
5. Parking for vendors is behind the Meeting Hall after you have unloaded your vehicle. Parking for customers is outside the rail fence. You may set up any time Saturday in the booth with your name listed. Please be set up by 8:40 am. Indoor crafters will set up Friday afternoon.
6. Everyone will get an assigned space. Previous exhibitors will have the same or near to the same spot as last year. To get your same spot, entries must be received by Sept. 14. If you want a map of your location send self addressed stamped envelope with entry and I’ll return it after Sept 8th as it is assigned.
