Abalone is pet of the week at your Rancho Coastal Humane Society. She’s a 2 year old, 40 pound, female, Pit Bull mix.
Abalone was an underweight stray dog in the Imperial Valley. Noises, smells, people, and other dogs frightened her. She needed minor medical treatment for ailments that are common for stray dogs. Then Abalone was transferred to your Rancho Coastal Humane Society through the FOCAS (Friends of County Animal Shelters) program.
She got the medical treatment she needed along with the love and attention she was missing throughout her young life. Now is the time for her to start the life over again.
