Bier Garden Wins Appeal, Will Reopen Window Spaces by Month's End

A downtown Encinitas restaurant can have its open-air window spaces open until 10 p.m. again, the Encinitas City Council voted, 3-2, Wednesday.

Nearby residents had complained of noise issues, which prompted the Planning Commission to force the Beir Garden to close its open-air window spaces, according U-T San Diego.

According to the article, the restaurant plans to reopen the window spaces in about three weeks.
