Encinitas, CA – As the COVID-19 situation continues to rapidly change, the City of Encinitas is suspending its current counter services and will be providing services online and over the phone.

Beginning tomorrow morning, March 18, 2020 at 7:30 a.m., the City will be temporarily closing all public counters to ensure the safety of our employees and residents. Customers can visit the City’s Customer Self Service (CSS) website portal at https://portal.encinitasca.gov/CustomerSelfService#/home for information and assistance. Staff continues to be available for customer service via email or over the phone at the following numbers:
