Encinitas Holiday Parade Announces 2016 Winners
Tens of thousands attended the 2016 Encinitas Holiday Parade on Dec. 3.

ENCINITAS, CA – Tens of thousands turned out to watch the 2016 Encinitas Holiday Parade on Dec. 3.
This year’s parade theme was “Encinitas 86,” and spectators got to see many entries go all out, representing the 1980s and the early days of Encinitas as a city. Attendees and judges alike appreciated the many mullets and '80s fashion and music, as well as the totally rad spirit and energy at this year’s parade.
The city of Encinitas, Parks and Recreation Department, Encinitas Holiday Parade Committee and the parade’s panel of community volunteer judges congratulate the 2016 winners in the following judging categories:
