Encinitas I-5 Construction Alert: Daytime Lane Closures Along Manchester Avenue Starting Wednesday, Feb. 10

As part of the I-5 North Coast Corridor construction, there will be daytime lane closures along Manchester Avenue, between the San Elijo Lagoon Nature Center and Ocean Cove. The work will begin at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 10 and continue for 2-3 weeks. Signage has been placed and flaggers will be in place to monitor and direct traffic through the construction area.
