The Maggie Houlihan Memorial Dog Park at Encinitas Community Park is closed due to weather. The Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department will reopen the park as soon as conditions improve. Please visit the Animal Services page on the City Website to find other off-leash dog area options in Encinitas. The Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department's Field Condition Line for rain-out and field condition recorded information, which includes any dog park closures can be reached by calling (760) 633-2761.
