Encinitas Road Closure Due To Heavy Rain

Due to heavy rains today, Lone Jack Road is being closed between Crystal Ridge Road through to the east of Stratford Knoll in Olivenhain. Both emergency gates on Double LL Ranch Road are open. If travel is essential, please avoid flooded roadways or roadways with moving water. Look for the blue evacuation signs located along the emergency access route.
