Meetings are free and open to anyone living with any type of chronic illness. In our meetings we come together to share resources and support one another along our healing journeys. Research has proven that community and group support is beneficial for healing.

The format of the monthly meetings includes a healing circle and time for everyone to share if they choose, as well as frequent guest presenter who come to share their healing services with our community.
