July Market Round Up: 134 Homes For Sale in Encinitas

Encinitas Real Estate - There are currently 134 homes for sale in Encinitas, Ca. with an average asking price of $1,838,378 and a median price of $1,548,500. Only seven of these homes are under $700,000. Currently the average time a home is on the market is 70 days.

As for July solds, there were 33 Encinitas homes sold at an average sales prices of $1,082,743 with an average of 34 days on market. The median sales price was $850,000 and seven of those sales were under $700,000.

As for the San Diego North County Market:

Detached homes in North County decreased 1.55 percent to $602,500 in July 2014 compared to $612,000 in June 2014. Year-over median price for SFD homes in North San Diego County increased 6.83 percent, compared to $564,000 in June 2013, continuing 24-months of sustained year-over median price increases.
