During our lives there will be many deaths, many opportunities to encounter our Neutral Mind and embrace the inevitable transition from one rhythm to another. In every Yoga Class we practice Death, the honoring and embracing of what was and what is to come is the nectar of Savasana, Corpse Pose. Imagine the next time you feel loss, loss of a job, a lover, a power or rhythm in your life and instead of resisting the loss, you relax, you open to SatNaam, the Truth that is dawning in your life. During our Death Practice we will have an opportunity to be with our fear of Death and be supported with breath work and mantra. We will be dipping our toe into one of the most powerful moments in our life, why not practice for it. Yogi Bhjan says “The Earth is like a hotel; it is not our true home. We are here for a visit. When we die, we take two of our ten bodies with us, the soul and the subtle body. All my life I prepare for one thing: the day I meet God. I’ll meet Him as part and parcel of Him, never as an individual. We are One, every creation of that one God is one.” $20
