SAN DIEGO, Calif. – November 2015 – Luxury fitness brand, Studio Barre, will unveil its newest studio location this month in San Diego’s coastal community of Encinitas on November 30th. This will be the brand’s tenth studio to open since the franchise was founded in San Diego in 2012 by former ballerina and fitness expert, Shannon Higgins. Often referred to as one of the most challenging dance-inspired workouts, Studio Barre focuses on building core strength and improving posture to resemble that of a dancer’s physique. After just a few 60-minute classes using little or no equipment, students can experience results including muscle definition in the arms, a lifted seat and leaner thighs. The Encinitas studio will replace the La Costa studio, which will close at the end of November.

In addition to its newest San Diego studio, Studio Barre continues to grow nationally, with a recently opened location in Crown Point, Indiana and an Alexandria, Virginia location set to open early next year.
