Men and women between the ages of “40-something” to “70- something” represent the largest population growth for Yoga, as these individuals are more active and adventuresome than ever before. This workshop offers an introduction to the overall lifestyle approach to Yoga that includes accommodating asanas, everyday biomechanics, management of common aches and pains, and weight reduction as well as provides gait training, stress reduction, and sleeping tips. $100.
