A true mind / body / spirit yoga class appropriate for both beginning and advanced yoga students.
11:00-12:00pm – Soul Awakening Service with Live Music
An inspirational talk on a relevant topic, short meditation, chanting and Soul Celebration!

Soul Sunday School Every Sunday 11am to Noon
For all of our community Soul Kids, we invite children of all ages to join us each Sunday during Soul Talk. We will gather with the grown ups for a welcome song at the beginning of Soul Talk, then make our way over to the Unity room with a couple of Soul Mama Angels. Collectively we will inspire harmony and self awareness through dance, yoga, art and creative play. The Soul Kids will join back up with families & friends in the big room just in time for the joyful, closing song of Soul Talk!
