ENCINITAS, CA – Manchester Avenue from Chesterfield Drive to Interstate 5 will remain closed to through traffic while crews work to clear the road of mud and debris, according to an alert from the city.
City officials asked residents to avoid the area and use alternate routes. The city anticipates reopening the road late Friday afternoon.
