Every now and then, there is some banging coming up from the ground in Encinitas. It used to be that we called Pendleton when it happened and it was usually attributed to training exercises using live ammo and bombs. Today, they are not using ammo but there is still banging. Its really bothersome not to know what it is. Is anyone else having this problem?
