Yoga Lounge is a community celebration of Hatha and Acro Yoga as a vehicle for self-healing, creative self-expression and a way to connect to the Divine. Yoga Lounge showcases 3 different “yoga artists”, each performing their own 20 minute yoga asana piece as unique forms of living art. Each yoga artist will be fully expressed in a way that offers a glimpse into how yoga opens, heals, transforms, and revitalizes each person who steps into the practice.
