LET'S TALK BABY TALK:

combines the socializing and support of Mommy & Me with cutting-edge developmental and parenting information to give you and your baby the best possible start together, and throughout life.

We pack a lot in: music, movement, interactive play, and a discussion of everyday parenting and the many aspects of motherhood. 

We also pay attention to your baby's nonverbal communication so that you can better know what she is "saying", and respond so that she feels understood and seen. Practice mindful parenting to be more present, and reflective thinking skills to increase awareness of yourself and your baby. 

Your 9-12 month old is beginning to really move into the larger world with greater awareness, beginning language skills, and greater mobility.
