Pregnancy Talk is an opportunity to make the most of your experience, and explore the developing relationship between you and your unborn child with other moms-to-be.

Start your social and support network now, gain ways to manage stress, plan for upcoming practical changes, and address your concerns.

We will learn mindful parenting and reflective thinking skills--research-supported keys to:

• The secure and loving relationship between you and your baby


• His/Her healthy development


• Your own inner growth as you add the role of Mother to your expanding identity
