An estate sale featuring a selection of fine art and furnishings inside a four-story townhouse of a sophisticated designer.
 
This estate sale will offer individual works by contemporary artists such as Bill Mack, Joan Miro, Yaacov Agam “Agamographs”, Mary Beth Bliss (Lucite), Thomas McKnight, Peter Max, Itzchak Tarkay, Fanch Ledan, and others. Some are artist proofs and original-signed lithographs; all framed exquisitely and in excellent condition.
The furnishings are contemporary pieces including an Asian modern parchment lacquer-finish dining room table with six Queen Ann simulated tortoise-shell-finish chairs, a Milo Baughman-stylechrome and glass dining table and chairs, a tortoise- shaped coffee table, a king bed, several credenzas, French shield back chairs, a 1980s-era illuminated curio cabinet, and Italian black leather easy chairs. Also featured are office supplies, books and bookshelves, fine fashion jewelry, art glass, contemporary turkish handmade area rugs, Navaho and silk prayer rugs, linens and bedding, a TY Beanie Babies collection, plush animals, knitting yarns and sewing materials, designer women’s clothing, perfumes, fox and mink fur coats, ladies' shoes, kitchen items, glassware, silk plants, a Macintosh computer system, electronics, and MORE!

This sale is located in a private home. Use caution when walking around. Some parts of the house are not easily handicap accessible. Sterling Estate Sales & Consignments will not be responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur on or near the estate sale premises. You enter at your own risk. All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. All items will be sold in "as is" condition without warranty. We will only hold items for up to two hours and a non refundable deposit is required. All items sold on a first come - first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone upon discretion. No oversized bags or back packs permitted. No children or strollers allowed under discretion. Estate sale staff will not available for heavy lifting or loading of furniture. Delivery is available for a fee.
 No checks, but all major credit cards are accepted.
