As a local Cultural Care Consultant, I help families considering an au pair to help with their live-in childcare/nanny needs. I work within the whole of the USA, and in particular, the Southern Californian and Los Angeles community. I talk to interested families considering the au pair program and help them determine if Cultural Care Au Pair could be the right fit for them. Families are then guided and supported through the process of registering, choosing and welcoming an au pair into their home. I grew up in Britain with au pairs providing childcare for my own working parents; my knowledge of the program and my own experience as a mother of 3 grown daughters uniquely places me to help today's busy families!
