Metro/Transit

Metro to expand Service in the Tarzana/Encino Area. Metro is planning to extend Line 239 from Ventura Blvd/Zelzah to Burbank Blvd/Yolanda Ave. To help improve connections to Commuter Express Line 422 and AVTA 787. It will help those who work Ventura and White Oak. To access Lines CE Line 422 and AVTA 787.

Also Metro is working on expanding Service to Connect to the Encino Park and Ride. And the Commuter Express Lines 423, 549, 573 and 574.
Metro is looking to reroute Line 154. To service the Park and Ride. Also they are looking to extend Line 183 from Sherman Oaks via Ventura Blvd to Hayvenhurst Ave to Magnolia Blvd. Metro is slowly making connections because other carries, such as Commuter Express and Antelope Valley Transit better. And we should give thanks to Donald Weisman of Metro Governance Council Service. For encouraging the improvements
