The Valley Watercolor Society is holding its October Meeting on 10 October at 7 PM. This meeting will feature a demonstration by California Artist and Painter Joe Cibere; he will discuss his approach to painting and provide a demonstration of his techniques in portrature, landscape, and floral painting. Non-Members are welcome, and refreshments will be served!
