Young Woman Shot In Reseda Murder Mystery

Police are seeking answers for the mysterious shooting death of a 24-year-old woman in Reseda.

RESEDA, CA — Authorities are seeking the public's help Tuesday in identifying the person who fatally shot a 24-year-old woman in Reseda over the weekend.

Around 11 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to a call of shots fired in the 19500 block of Enadia Way, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

When officers arrived, they found the woman suffering from a gunshot wound.

Christina Andrade of Chatsworth died at a hospital about 1 a.m. Sunday, said coroner's Assistant Chief Ed Winter.

The investigation revealed that Andrade was seated in the passenger seat of a vehicle at the intersection of Sherman Way and Calvin Street when she was gunned down by an assailant who approached the vehicle on foot, police said.
