BrightStar Care of Fairfield

BrightStar Care has officially opened BrightStar Care of Fairfield, a nurse-led in-home care agency serving local families, seniors, and veterans. While BrightStar Care operates more than 400 locations nationwide, this Fairfield office is locally owned and led by Temi Omotayo, PharmD, PMP, a licensed pharmacist and healthcare executive with nearly 20 years of experience in clinical operations and patient-centered care.

The Fairfield location is credentialed with the VA and already supporting veterans – an important focus given the area’s large Air Force and military population connected to Travis AFB. While operating with premium clinical standards, the office is intentionally focused on expanding access and equity through partnerships with regional health plans and community organizations. Services currently include non-medical home care, with plans to add skilled nursing services later this year

Temi is an active member of the Fairfield–Suisun Chamber of Commerce and was recently selected as an Honorary Commander for the 349th Air Mobility Wing at Travis Air Force Base.
