Local canine author Chopper Steedley-Tolan is hosting a free party to celebrate the release of his second book, "I'm Not Sick! Chopper's "Tails" of the Doctor". Planned activities at this fun and educational dog-friendly event include book signings and readings with Chopper, an introduction to Chopper's new Dog-Friendly program, Ask a Vet, Ask a Groomer and Ask a Trainer sessions, a martial arts demonstration and $2 off breakfast at Lido.
