There will be a meeting to discuss the "Fire, Fuel Reduction Project" today. The project is state funded and will provide for a 10 member Sacramento Regional Conservation Core crew to clear 100 feet of land between private residence and county park land along the parkway. The crew will only clear dead trees, dead brush, decaying wood and then will limb trees up to about eight feet.
