PAL teams include St. Michael's, OLA, Sacred Heart, Presentation, St. Ignatius and two Sacramento Country Day teams.
All PAL JV girls recreation level teams play each Wednesday night at St. Michael's. Games are played at 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30 p.m.
