• FORPD Board Approves Fee Updates, Final Budget (americanrivermessenger.com) — Fair Oaks Recreation and Park District has approved higher recreation and field rental fees along with a $4.7 million final budget that funds park upgrades, amphitheater improvements, and ADA paths. The board also backed grant-matching for new LED lights at Miller Park tennis courts and a new private concession operator at the Fair Oaks Performing Arts Center, moves that could affect costs and amenities for local users.
