• HLB Quarantine Expands in Riverside and San Diego Counties (calfruitandveg.com) — Citrus growers and residents in Fallbrook are now under an expanded state quarantine for Huanglongbing (HLB), effective July 29, which tightens rules on moving citrus plants and fruit. The new boundary aligns with updated Asian citrus psyllid regulations, and affected parties have just ten working days from notification to file written appeals with the California Department of Food and Agriculture.
