• Fort Bragg Launches New First-Year Business Incentive Program (advocate-news.com) — Fort Bragg is rolling out a new First-Year Fee Waiver Program this summer that can save qualifying small businesses up to about $3,000 in city startup fees. Independently owned ventures with ten or fewer employees may get key permit and license fees waived, with priority for downtown and long-vacant spaces. The two-year pilot is capped at $25,000 annually and aims to jump‑start local entrepreneurship and fill empty storefronts.
