Sales Professional to build a territory directly through a benefit broker channel. License in Life/ Health. 3+ years of direct sales.

Our client is currently looking for a dynamic Benefit Sales Executive responsible for selling the full suite of HR, payroll and benefit services throughout their territory directly through a benefit broker channel.
We are looking for a sales professional who is interested in long-range career growth, is a self-starter and possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit. They offer significant opportunities for professional growth and development. The Benefit Sales Executive will:

· Expand sales in existing accounts
· Recommend new products and services
· Treat his/her territory like his/her own business
Successful Benefit Sales Executives are able to develop long-standing relationships with benefit brokers and will develop our client’s brand in their territory. The target marketplace is small/medium size businesses with 1-500 employees.
Job Requirements:
· Possess strong interpersonal skills
· Be an articulate speaker
· Close the sale by understanding client needs
· Develop and foster client and strong broker relationships as a means of generating referrals
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
· Inspire others with drive and motivation
· Have a track record of attaining challenging sales goals and managing accounts within a designated territory
· Represent the highest levels of honesty and integrity BA/BS degree and 3+ years of direct sales experience (preferred)
· Computer literacy including use of laptops, Windows, and Microsoft Office (esp. Excel, Word)
License in life and health would be preferred!
