Festival Fun

The wet weather started the weekend and chased all but the brave away for a few hours. But then, as always, the true Foster City spirit brought even the faint of heart out to enjoy the Art and Wine Festival. Music, wine, fun, and children were in abundance. Little by little the people returned to enjoy their favorite day of the year.

My memories will be on our son and daughter's first carnival rides. The look or wonder and surprise as they enjoyed the age-old traditions of ice cream balloons, and the chaos of a carnival.

I am always surprised by the amount of families we know and the children we have watched grow here. The days slip into years and months and now years. They become young adults who will one day bring their children to future festivals.
