Foster City Through My Eyes

My jogging route through Foster City.

Whenever I feel bored of doing yoga at home, I set out jogging near the picturesque, breath-taking track laid down at intersection Beach Park and Foster City Blvd and, give my mind the much needed inspiration early morning.

Mostly, I wait for sunny days which keep me motivated to step out and, let me have a good soul-seeking adventure. I have some personal hot spots here where I take a minute to pause and enjoy the scenic beauty. I regularly see a species of birds, who know how to walk on water and, then my eyes are kept engaged by the fog-draped waves.

There is an information board at intersection Marlin Avenue and Foster City Blvd, on the species of animals and what’s unique about this spot in particular. I love this bench where I lay down my drawing equipment and paint the rocks. There is a spot where hard-core professional bikers practice going up and down a mountainous rugged terrain, specially carved like that for them. There is even a structure on which bikers practice air bike stunts. Hmm, totally exciting and adventurous!

During school days, there is a lot of hustle and bustle around the area. I have seen lots of romantic couples drive or walk down this road on weekends enjoying their special moment. Some of my friends come down from San Jose to specially enjoy romantic time with their loved ones!

It is really noteworthy to applaud the past and present members of this city for keeping the city so clean and pristine. Just visually compare a visit to Foster City and any crowded place down South of San Francisco and I am sure you will feel the difference!
