Get free in person help from Covered CA Certified Enrollers and San Mateo County Health and Human Services to enroll before the deadline of March 31! You may qualify for low cost plans like Blue Shield, Anthem Blue Cross, Kaiser, Health Net, or Chinese Health Plan that gives access to Mills Peninsula, Seton, CPMC and others!If you qualify for Medi Cal there is no cost!
You need to bring the following paperwork: Monthly or Annual Income (Bring pay stubs or last tax return if you can), Social Security Number (Bring Naturalization Cerificate if you are a recent citizen or do not have a Social Security yet), Birthdate, Address (Bring a utility bill PG&E or telephone or cable) if you can! If you are uninsured, a San Mateo County resident, a citizen or legal permanent resident you may qualify for low cost or no cost health care coverage! You must enroll by March 31 or may receive a tax penalty! Contact 1800-223-8383 for questions & enrollment if you are not able to attend Saturday's event! Come and get covered!
