HOT Weather Returns To Bay Area, Heat Advisory Issued For Foster City
Excessive heat warnings & heat advisories were in effect for much of the Bay Area on Mon., with temps expected to drop Tuesday. (Breaking)

BAY AREA, CA — After a weekend of triple-digit temperatures across the Bay Area, Monday was expected to bring similar heat to "all areas away from the ocean," the National Weather Service forecast said. It won't be until mid-to-late week that the region will see some relief overall, though those on the coastline are in for much more agreeable weather as of Monday.
"Hot temperatures are expected again inland areas today with relief in temperatures staying confined to the coast, but cooling will reach inland areas tonight and Tuesday," the NWS said. "Temperatures will cool Wednesday as well prior to another warming trend late in the week."
