Cinco de Mayo commemorates the Mexican army beating the French at the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862.  Today it's a day dedicated to celebrating Mexican heritage and pride no matter what your nationality.  This week, Patch's  heads to El Torito Mexican Grill in Foster City and to get a front row seat to their fiesta.
