<p>Bay City News --- Caltrain is reporting that a number of southbound trains are behind schedule this morning because of an earlier medical emergency.</p> <p>Trains No. 210, 216, 312 and 314 are delayed, Caltrain spokeswoman Christine Dunn said.</p> <p>As of 8 a.m., the delays ranged from five minutes to 23 minutes, ﻿Dunn said.</p>
