Police Blotter: Dog on Loose, Man Gives Alcohol to Minor
The following information was supplied by the Foster City police department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

10:34 a.m., Arcturus Circle: A man reported that unknowns smashed the driver's side window on his vehicle. A report was taken.
5:59 p.m., Trinidad Lane: A man wanted an officer to assist with an ongoing problem with his neighbor allowing her dog to defecate on his lawn. Determined to be jointly owned lawn area, neighbor did clean up after the animal and there was no answer at the dog owners residence.
Wednesday1:59 a.m., Chess Drive and Highway 92: Officer locates dog in the roadway. Animal was gone on arrival upon the officer's exit from vehicle.

3:30 p.m., Celestial Lane: FCPD assisted fire with the smell of smoke in the area after an unknown alarm was sounding for 30 minutes. A pot was left on the stove.
8:31 p.m., Sea Spray Lane: A man reported that an unknown subject entered his apartment via the front door. Two laptops, video games and a backpack valued at approximately $3,500 were taken. A report was taken.

1:19 a.m., Lantern Cove: A resident reported that loud subjects were using the swimming pool right behind the rental office. Christopher Tapiaacevedo of Foster City was cited and released for furnishing
alcohol to minor and contributing to a delinquency of a minor.
7:37 a.m., Comet Drive and Constitution Drive: FCPD received a report of a medium sized brown beagle type female dog with a possible broken leg.
5:38 p.m., Constitution Drive: Loose dog from earlier calls is now reported to be laying in front of the chimney at a residence. Dog was gone on arrival. A walk through was conducted of the vacant unsecured residence and no crime was observed. A contact notice was left on the door and the residence was secured prior to departure.
