At its San Francisco studios, Personal Training and Partner Training memberships include unlimited DEXA body-composition scans and VO2 max testing — diagnostics usually sold one scan at a time or reserved for specialized clinics. Custom Fit members can test as often as they train. The reasoning is straightforward. A DEXA scan measures fat, lean muscle, and bone density with clinical precision. A VO2 max test measures the body's maximum oxygen uptake, one of the strongest predictors of cardiovascular fitness and long-term health. Run those tests on a regular cadence and a member can see exactly what is changing, where, and whether a program is working — rather than relying on the scale or the mirror. That is the idea behind Custom Fit's positioning: not a gym, a performance lab. Every program is built from a member's measured body composition and cardiovascular capacity, then adjusted as the data moves. The goal is to eliminate the guesswork that defines most fitness routines and to treat training as something you can verify. The model also brings longevity diagnostics that usually live in concierge medicine into a routine training week. 🎶 LIVE MUSIC BY BLUE HOUSE
Blue House is led by longtime musical partners Marlies de Veer, who plays guitar and sings, and Amy Beasley, who plays bass and also vocals. The two have performed together since high school, developing the natural chemistry and vocal harmony that define the band’s sound.
Blue House combines acoustic warmth with a rock-and-roll attitude, smoothly transitioning between roots rock, country, R&amp;B, folk, and popular cover songs. Their diverse repertoire and engaging stage presence have made them a favorite at wineries, festivals, and live music venues across the San Francisco Bay Area.
🍕 PIZZA AND WOOD-FIRED WINGS FROM THE FLXIBLE DINER BUS
Inside AutoVino’s restored 1955 Flxible diner bus, Nate makes hand-stretched Neapolitan-style pizzas with 48-hour fermented dough. Nick, a chef trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, prepares wood-fired chicken wings in a 900-degree oven for a crisp exterior and tender meat. Both dishes are among the best in town and pair perfectly with Woodside Vineyards wine.
🧀 INGE’S CHARCUTERIE BOARDS
Inge’s artisan charcuterie boards offer a variety of salami, prosciutto, cheeses, olives, nuts, crackers, and sweet jellies. They can be customized for different group sizes and pair well with Woodside Vineyards wines like Cabernet and Chardonnay.

Cars &amp; Cabernet is where enthusiasts of Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, McLaren, classic, exotic, and rare cars gather at AutoVino. Each event showcases a rotating selection of vehicles, including rare cars rarely seen in public.
Walk through the display rows, meet the owners, and listen to the stories behind the cars. Then, head to the AutoVino Wine Garden for lunch and enjoy Woodside Vineyards wines among the vines.
Everyone is welcome, whether you arrive in a collector car or a daily driver.

After exploring the display rows, head over to the AutoVino Wine Garden for lunch among the vines, where Inge and her team serve Woodside Vineyards wines, including Kings Mountain Cabernet, along with nonalcoholic beverages.
From AutoVino’s restored 1955 Flxible diner bus, Nate fires Neapolitan-style pizzas in the 900-degree oak wood-fired oven, while French-trained Chef Nick uses iron skillets in the same oven to prepare half-pound burgers, Santa Maria-style tri-tip, and Atlantic salmon.
Menu highlights include:
• Neapolitan-style pizza with San Marzano tomatoes and fresh mozzarella, baked in a 900-degree oak wood-fired oven. • Half-pound burgers cooked in a cast-iron skillet inside the wood-fired oven. • Santa Maria-style tri-tip cooked in an iron skillet inside the wood-fired oven. • Atlantic salmon cooked in an iron skillet inside a wood-fired oven.
Choose a half-pound burger, Santa Maria-style tri-tip, or Atlantic salmon, served as a sandwich or over a salad.
