Tips and Guidelines for the Arts and Wine Festival

Here are the rules for this weekend's event.

To ensure that everyone has a great experience, the offered these "tasting tips" for residents to follow:

  • Alcohol consumption and beer and wine sales will be allowed in Ryan Park until 6 p.m. on Saturday and 4 p.m. on Sunday.  After that, beer and wine sales will end and the consumption of alcoholic beverages of any kind will no longer be permitted.
  • Free Parking will be available in the parking structure at Parkside Towers – enter off Shell Boulevard.
  • This is a non-smoking event.
  • Please help keep Ryan Park, the parking lot at Parkside Towers and streets in the area clean and free of litter.  Ample trash receptacles will be available and emptied as frequently as necessary.  Help us minimize the clean-up effort by doing your part in litter control.
  • Public restrooms are located in the Recreation Center complex and portable facilities will be available in convenient locations throughout the Festival area.
  • Need Help? For program information, visit the Chamber Information booth.
  • For first aid, lost and found, police assistance or to report an emergency, visit the Foster City Police Department CARES van.
  • To help keep this event a positive experience for everyone, we prefer you keep your pets at home.  However if you must bring them, dogs must be kept on a 6’ leash (or shorter) and must be under full control of their owner/custodian at all times.  No expandable/stretch leashes.
