What's on the Menu? Well there isn't much these cooks won't throw on a smoker so you will get an opportunity to taste finger lickin' lip smacking favorites like Chicken, Ribs, Pulled Pork, Brisket, and Tri-Tip as well as some non traditional items like Smoked Macaroni & Cheese, Moink Balls, Pig-Candy, smoked Cobblers and more!
New to this years event, Beer Tasting. A perfect pairing with BBQ! Local breweries will be at the event along side the BBQ vendors sampling up their best craft brews.
