Fountain Valley Fishing Derby Returns This Weekend
Bring your own pole! it's time to head to Fountain Valley for this year's fishing derby!

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CA — All are invited to the next Kid’s Free Fishing Derby on Saturday, June 8, at Clark Regional Park from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., with registration opening at 7 a.m..
This FREE fishing derby gives kids, ages 5 to 15, a chance to learn how to fish or perfect their fishing skills with up to five catches of their own.
The lake will be fully stocked with 2,000 lbs. of catfish, with trophies given out to the biggest catch of the day.

All minors must be accompanied by an adult and bring their own fishing poles. Adults are more than welcome to cast a line after the conclusion of the event. Event and parking are free for all!
Whether casting a pole for the first time or a seasoned angler, the Kids’ Free Fishing Derby gives the community a chance to enjoy a day of fresh air, delicious food and free fishing.
