Fountain Valley: Former Mayor/Councilmember John Collins Service On July 22

It is with great sadness to learn of the passing of our former Mayor/Councilmember John Collins on July 9. Mr. Collins was elected to City Council in 1990 and finished his term limit in 2018. Mr. Collins contributed tremendously in our community and we thank him for his services in keeping Fountain Valley "A Nice Place to Live". There will be a service for Mr. Collins on Wednesday, July 22 at 11 a.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church (outdoor).
