Fountain Valley Police Catch Gun-Toting Suspect -- Twice
Dong Min allegedly was found with a loaded .22, meth and concentrated cannabis.

A 24-year-old man was arrested Wednesday by a Fountain Valley police officer who was working burglary suppression and recognized him from a previous arrest.
The officer was conducting an occupied vehicle check on a vehicle parked in front of a home under construction near Ward Street and Calle Independence at 8:42 a.m., Sgt. Adam Hertenstein of the Fountain Valley Police Department said.
Dong Min was standing next to the front passenger door and the officer recognized him from a previous arrest. The officer searched Min and found a loaded .22-caliber revolver in his waistband, 7.4 grams of methamphetamine, 4.2 grams of concentrated cannabis worth about $6,500 and $653 in cash, Hertenstein said.

Min was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale, being a felon in possession of a firearm and possession of narcotics while in possession of a firearm. He was booked into Orange County jail.
Min also has an additional pending case involving narcotics while in possession of a gun.
