Fullerton Triple Murder--Three Dead from Shotgun Wounds
The Fullerton triple murder weapon was released by the Orange County Coroner. Two California men were charged in the shotgun murders.

FULLERTON, CA — Jennifer Goodwill-Yost and Christopher Yost, wife and husband along with Arthur Boucher, a friend of the family, all perished from shotgun blasts. The three were discovered at the Yost residence, of the home at the 400 block of S. Gilbert Street, sometime on Sept. 24.
The Fullerton triple homicide murder weapon was revealed as a shotgun, as described by the Orange County Coroner in a recent press release.
According to the released warrant and affidavit from the scene, the three were discovered in various parts of the home at just after 8 a.m. on Sept. 24 following a Yost child's phone call to 9-1-1 stating that her parents had died, her mother in the bedroom and her father in the yard.

Officers who arrived on the scene discovered a deceased man on the family room couch, a deceased woman on a bed in a bedroom, both from apparent gunshot wounds to the head, a released affidavit said. A man just outside a doorway from the bedroom to the backyard was initially believed to have perished from blunt force trauma, but the coroner ruled that wound was also the result of a shotgun blast.
Technicians at the scene gathered evidence including at least one shotgun pellet, as well as blood spatter discovered on a family pet. Cell phones, computers were also seized, according to the warrant.

Intense search within the first 48 hours saw the apprehension of Frank Felix, a 25-year-old resident of Sun Valley and 21-year-0ld Joshua Charles Acosta, U.S. Army solider stationed at Fort Irwin. Both were charged with three felony counts of murder, with added enhanced charges regarding the personal discharge of a firearm.
A 17-year-old female was also arrested regarding this case. No further information has been released regarding her involvement.
Acosta is accused of the actual shooting and murdering of the three victims with a firearm, according to the Orange County District Attorney's office.
