A Tuesday collision when a driver lost control of a vehicle closed roads, Anaheim Police said. A young grandmother and infant, both injured.

ANAHEIM, CA — A Tuesday collision in Anaheim left a woman fighting for her life, an infant granddaughter hurt when a driver lost control of her car and struck them.
The driver was backing out of an apartment complex in the 900 block of Nutwood Street just before 2 p.m. when she apparently lost control of an older- model Toyota Camry that crashed through a wrought-iron security gate, striking the woman and her granddaughter, who is about a year old, according to Anaheim police Sgt. Daron Wyatt.
The grandmother, who is believed to be in her 30s, was walking northbound on the east sidewalk, pushing her grandchild in a stroller, when the Camry reversed at a high rate of speed in the alley behind the apartment complex, Wyatt said.
