The coordinated "Coastal Cities Continuum" aims to cut emergency‑room overuse and create clearer paths into housing. For Fountain Valley neighbors, it means more consistent, on‑the‑street support for people living without shelter nearby. 
• Orange County scores and player stats for Tuesday, Aug. 18 (ocregister.com) — Fountain Valley High athletes had a strong showing Tuesday, with boys water polo edging Warren 11–10 and girls flag football rolling past Sunny Hills 35–12. The roundup lists scores from across Orange County, but these wins spotlight local Baron pride.
